涓流床反应器中的液体分布
LIQUID DISTRIBUTION IN TRICKLE-BED REACTOR
【摘要】 采用空气—水体系,以点源分布、环状分布、壁流分布和均匀分布四种不同形式的进料方式,测定了涓流床反应器中的液体分布。并采用径向分布系数S和壁流系数f组成的液体分布模型预测了涓流床中的液体分布,实验结果与模型计算颇为一致。
【Abstract】 Factors capable to affect the state of liquid distribution in a trickle-bed reactor are discussed and the radial liquid distribution conditions at different bed depth are measured. Experimental results have been correlated to a mathematical model involving the two parameters—spreading factor s and wall factor f. Some criteria are presented here for predicting the operating conditions with uniform equilibrium distribution and the bed depth required to attain the equilibrium liquid distribution and which may be helpful in the design of the liquid distributors of trickle bed reactors on an industrial scale.
