【摘要】 <正> DL-[4-~3H]-苯丙氨酸是生物化学、遗传工程等广为使用的氚标记化合物之一。以前大都采用N-乙酰胺基肉桂酸的催化氚化来制备。此方法工艺流程长、操作复杂。为此,我们采用了催化卤-氚交换法来制备DL-[4-~3H]-苯丙氨酸,并获得了成功。比放射性为16.6Ci/mmol,产品经三种溶剂系统纸层析和放射性扫描测定放化纯度均在95％以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 DL-[4-3H]-phenylalanine was prepared by catalytic halogen-tritium exchange method The labelled T was removed by repeated equilibration with methanol and water. Finally the product was purified by paper chromatograph. The specific radioactivity of DL-[4-3H]-phenylalanine is 16.6 Ci/mmol. The radiochemical purity is more than 95%.更多还原
