【摘要】 本文以铸钢件为对象,就采用有限单元法模拟铸件温度场中有关潜热释放、气隙处理以及初始条件设置等问题进行了讨论,并将有限单元法的几种计算格式进行了对比。计算结果表明,文中采用的各种处理是合理而可行的,用完全隐式格式来计算铸件的温度场具有简便可靠的优点,精度也能满足要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this eaper, several problems in numerical simulation of steel cas-tings, such as treatments of release of latient heat, air gap between metal-mold interface and initial condition etc. are discussed. Four schemes offinite element method are compaired in compuation. Results predicted by thismodel show that the treatments of problems in this paper are reasonable.Complete implicit scheme is more reliable and suitable for the simulation ofsolidification processing of castings.更多还原
