细分散ZrO2的增韧作用及其在Si3N4中的应用

【摘要】 本文介绍了ZrO2（t）（?）ZrO2（m）的马氏体相变特性及其在陶瓷基质中的相变热力学,归纳了含细分散ZrO2相的陶瓷增韧机理以及Si3N4-ZrO2系统的研究现状,讨论了利用ZrO2的相变特性增韧Si3N4中的困难所在及共可能的解决途径。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the characters of the martensitie phase transformation of ZrO2, ZrO2（t）（?）ZrO2（m）, and its thermodynamics in ceramic matrix, summaries the toughening mechanisms of ceramics containing dispersed ZrO2 and sLate-of-art in the study of Si3N4-ZrO2 system, and discusses the difficulties in the toughening of Si3N4 ceramics by means of phase transformation of ZrO2 and some possible approaches to solve these problems.
