【摘要】 本文在引言中,主要从过去震害经验说明抗震对策对减轻地震灾害的重要意义。尔后分别论证了应根据建筑物地震破坏机理,采取相应工程抗震对策;较详细地讨论了采用定数法和概率法相结合的方法,以提高评定地震危险性的可信度,并在此基础上确定设防标准规范;讨论了抗震对策,并提出若干具体方法和措施;指出城市和乡镇抗震对策对建设抗震城市和发展乡镇经济的重要作用,并分别提出制订城市和乡镇的抗震对策的意见;讨论了桥梁和大坝等重大工程的工程抗震对策及应注意的问题。最后在结语中指出了抗震对策和科研的依赖关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is explained in the“Introduction”of this paper that mainly according to the lessons learned from the past earthquake disasters,countermeasures on earthquake resistance are of great significance to the miti- gation of earthquake disasters.Then the paper separately elucidates the corresponding countermeasures on engineering earthquake resistance that should be taken in the light of destruction mechanisms of structures by earthquakes;discusses in detail the improvement in reliability of earthquake risk assessment by combi- ning the deterministic method with the probabilistic method,and on this basis,the standard anti-seismic code on construction and preparedness formulated;reviews the countermeasures on earthquake resistance, as well as some concrete methods and measures proposed;indicates the important role played by earthquake- resistance countermeasures both of cities and towns in building earthquake-resistance cities and developing economy of towns with some detailed opinions for working out earthquake-resistanee countermeasures separately for cities and towns;and discusses the countermeasures on engineering earthquake resistance for major structures such as bridges and dams,as well as some other points worthy of note.Finally,in the “Concluding Remarks”,the dependence of countermeasures for earthquake resistance on scientific research is presented.更多还原
