共混聚丙烯腈纤维结构和性能的研究——Ⅱ 共混丙烯腈纤维的性能

【摘要】 <正> 聚丙烯腈纤维的大分子上亲水性基团很少,与天然纤维(如棉、羊毛和蚕丝等)相比,其吸湿、吸水性很差,这导致在服用聚丙烯腈纤维织物时,服用者很容易产生濡湿、粘滞的感觉,服用性能较差。最近的研究表明,纤维的亲水性能不仅与纤维的分子结构有关,还与纤维的形态结构(主要指微孔)有关。增加纤维内部的微孔,就能改善纤维的亲水性能。
【Abstract】 An investigation has shown that, comparing with the normal acrylic fiber, blend acrylic fibers are not only easy in water diffusion and drying but also have a warmth retention and a good dyeability. These unique characteristics of blend acrylic fibers are a remarkable departure from the ordinary acrylic fiber as well as from other synthetic fibers. It is confirmed that the blend acrylic fibers show the higher wear comfort than those of regular acrylic fiber or cotton fibers.
