共振式液压吸振器的试验研究
Research on the Resonant Hydraulic Absorber
【摘要】 大型液压泵站由于流量脉动往往引起大的压力波动,这是造成液压系统噪声的主要原因之一。本文通过大量试验数据和测试曲线,应用自动控制和流体力学的理论,阐明了叶片的振动原因及减少振动的方法。试验证明:本文研制的共振型吸振器,能大大消减由于液压泵所引起的液压系统的流体振动,且功率损失不大,适用于各种液压系统的消声和减振。
【Abstract】 The large undulation of pressure at the large-scale hydraulic pump station is usually caused by the pulsating of flow.It’s one of essential causes to produce noise in the hydraulic system.The vibration cause and the methods of reducing vibrationin the vane pump are clarified by means of a large number of the test data and measuring curves,and applying the automatic control theory and fluid mechanics law.This type of resonant absorber is proved to greatly reduce the fluid vibration in the hydraulic system which is caused by the hydraulic pump,and little power is lost. Therefore,it is suitable to eliminate noise and reduce vibration in the various hydraulic systems.
