【摘要】 <正> 前言 应用舞毒蛾核型多角体病毒防治舞毒蛾是微生物防治方法之一。六年来,通过试验其效果是显著的。故病毒的生产已成为亟待解决的问题。

【Abstract】 This article is the summary of rearing Gypsy moth larvae to pro duce NPV from 1977 to 1983.The method of obtaining larvae is mainly the culture of larvae under bacteria-virus-free condition.The process of the production of NPV includes the preparation of NPV solution, the time of inoculation of NPV and the amount of NPV produced.
