【Abstract】 Hunting, domestication and protection of wildlife is the outcome of different historical periods. As we have drawn usetul lessons from these epochs, it is only by means of organic combination of protection, domestication and hunting that we can accomplish scientific mana- gement of the resources of our wildlife. To adopt effective measures, our most urgent task is to strengthen the protection of wildlife. Undo-ubtedly such work is a matter of great significance on the worldwide scale and of time-pressing urgency.Throughout the problem of protection, domestication and hunting there lies the contradiction between the protection and use of wildlife. However, looking from dialectical viewpoint, the two issues are anti-thetical, but united in essence. That is to say the protection of wi-ldlife is the goal of the use for them. In order to achieve the aim of continuous use of wildlife, we must apply the principle of combining protection with use, in choosing the hunting period, hunting ground, hunting tools and quantity of the game. If we merely hunt without proper protection against their extinction, eventually it would result in an exhaustion of these species, not to say the maintenance of their continuous production. In another word, wild animals would breed ant die under their natural circumstances. Not only will their resou-rces be wasted, biological disaster might also take accordingly. On the other hand, if we do not domesticate then, the enlargement of their resources, the increase of the production and improvement on th(?) quality of these products would be unavailable. That is why protection, domestication and hunting are an unseparable dialectical unity, wi-thout either one of which our scientific management will be of litt effect.For the purpose of mantaining scientific management of the wildife’s resources, we must prevent two tendencies: merely hunting without protection, or just protection without hunting. In contrast to the above-mentioned situation, we propose to strengthen protection of wildlife resources, to breed and domesticate themactively, meanwhile to hunt and use them properly. In conclusion, the fundamental demand for this plan is to seek truth from practical work, to work out appropriate mea- s?re fo? ea?h b?eeding basel on their environnent and time. to pro- vide with perfect protection and make rati onal use of them for ma-king contribution to our four modernizations.更多还原
