【摘要】 本文提出采用激光熔化—凝固处理蒸汽机车汽室涨圈外圆表面的理论依据、处理装置、金相分析,并对激光处理后的涨圈与汽室套的磨合性进行初步探讨,提供了装车运行试验结果。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the theory, processing set and metallographic analysis on the surface of the piston ring melted and solidified by laser in dome of steam locomotive are presented. A preliminary study of the running-in characteristics of the piston ring treated by laser and the dome cover is made and the result of test run is given out.
