环化聚丙烯腈金属络合物的合成及其对异丙苯和乙苯氧化催化性能的研究
PREPARATION OF CYCLIZED POLYACRYLONITRILE-METAL COMPLEXES AND THEIR CATALYTIC ACTIVITIES FOR THE OXIDATION OF CUMENE AND ETHYLBENZENE
【摘要】 <正> 异丙苯和乙苯的氧化反应在工业上具有重要意义.近十年来有人用高分子金属络合物催化剂,如聚酞花青金属络合物等,对异丙苯和乙苯的氧化反应进行了研究. 我们合成了载于二氧化硅上的聚丙烯腈(PAN-1),在不同条件下,经热处理后得到了环化聚丙烯腈(PAN-2,PAN-3和PAN-4).以此为配位体,与CuCl,CuCl2·2H2O,CoCl2·6H2O和MnCl2·4H2O反应,合成了Cu(Ⅰ),Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)和Mn(Ⅱ)络合物.
【Abstract】 Silica-supported cyclized polyacrylonitrile-metal complexes of Cu (Ⅰ), Cu(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅱ) have been prepared. The catalytic activities of these complexes for the oxidation of cumene and ethylbenzene have been studied. It is found that the cyclized polyacrylonitrile-metal complexes are catalysts more active than polyphthalocyanine-metal complexes for the oxidation of cumene, the catalytic activities of the cyclized polyacrylonitrile-metal complexes are in the order of Cu(Ⅰ)> Cu( Ⅱ)>Co(Ⅱ)>Mn( Ⅱ ).The oxidation reactions of cumene and ethyl-benzene with Cu( Ⅰ ) complex almost stop at a certain conversion of the substrates, but they can be carried on again by addition of more substrates. The Cu( Ⅰ ) complex can be used repeatly with a slight loss of its catalytic activity. The main product is cumyl alcohol for the oxidation of cumene and is acetophenone for ethylbenzene oxidation. The influences of temperature, the gram atomic ratio of N/metal in complexes and additives on the catalytic activities of the complexes have also been investigated.
