【Abstract】 A method for the quantitative determination of six free bile acids, using TLC-densitometry, was reported. The mobile phase was made up of isooctane—disopropyl ether—glacial acetic acid—nbutanol—water (10:5:5:3:1). This solvent system was able to separate the CDCA from DCA throughly. The TLC plate was coloured by spraying with 10% ethanolic solution of phosphomolybdic acid. The optimized conditions for colouring were chosen with orthogonal array test. The reproducibility and recovery of this method were satisfactory. This method has been used to determine the bile acids in T-tube bile from patients with pigment gallstones.更多还原
