以月见草油为起始原料生物合成前列腺素E1

【摘要】 以月见草油（Oenothera biennis L Oil）为起始原料制备二高-γ-亚麻酸（20:3ω6）作为前体生物合成前列腺素E1。利用丰富的植物资源生物合成国内尚不能生产的前列腺素E1,是一条适合国情经济可行的途径。

【Abstract】 The Evening Primosc (Oenothera Biennis) is richly grown in northeast China. From its seed oil Dihomo-G-Linolenic acid is prepared, and then prostaglandin E1 can be produced biosynthetically.It seems to be an economic and suitable way for production of prostaglandin E1 in our country before more economic way of pure chemical synthesis for prostaglandin E1 production is developed.
