热处理对微晶玻璃的晶化和机械强度的影响
Effect of Heat Treatment on Crystallization and Mechanical Strength of Glass-Ceramics
【摘要】 选择若干Na2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃配方,来用正交试验方法,著重探讨了热处理对晶化和晶化后材料的机械强度的影响;并结合DTA、高温显微镜、X射线衍射和扫描电镜的研究结果进行综合分析,为获得具有实用价值的Na2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Effect of heat treatment on the machnical strength of some glass-ceramics selected from Na2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system has been specially investigated by means of othorgonal testing method. A comprehensive analysis of the results together with those obtained by DTA, heatable stage microscope, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope studies has provided the basis for the manufacture of Na2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass-ceramics of commercial value.
