熔融法合成高粘度PET的研究

【摘要】 本文采用不同路线合成的PET切片为原料,重新熔融缩聚制备高粘度PET。比较了不同切片的反应速度、所得树脂的指标及热稳定性。并使用多种稳定剂来改善高粘度树脂的热稳定性,提出了用熔融法制备高粘度PET的一些设想。

【Abstract】 Using PET chips produced from different polymerization routes as material,the high viscosity PET was prepared by re-melt polycondensation. In this paper,the reaction rates of different chips,the result resins’ prope- rties and their heat stabilities were compared.Meanwhile,various stabilizers were used to promote the heat stability of the high viscosity PET,and some ideas were given for preparing high viscosity PET by melt polymeriza- tion.
