【摘要】 本文计算了以GaSb为表面层的半无限GaSb/InAs半导体超晶格中的集体激发模式.考虑了声子的效应并讨论了推迟效应的影响.

【Abstract】 The spectrum of electronic collective excitations of a semi-infinite type-Ⅱ semicon-ductor superlattice with the hole-layer as surface layer is calculated. The effect of pho-non is taken into account and the retardation limit is considered.
