【摘要】 本文观察活血化瘀中药治疗31例慢性型血小板减少性紫癜患者的骨髓巨核细胞形态变化,并与正常骨髓巨核细胞对比,治前颗粒型巨核细胞明显增高,血小板生成型显著降低,巨核细胞发育受阻伴有退行性变,治后各类巨核细胞恢复正常。初步讨论了活血化瘀中药的治疗机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 This artiole reports the effects on megakaryocytes in patients with thrombocytopenic purpura treated by Chinese medicines which possess the function of activating the blood circulation to eliminate blood stasis.A normal control group of 31 cases were established.3 to 4 films of bone marrow smear were made for each case.In this group every type of megakaryocyte was normal.A treatment group of 31 cases with chronic thrombocytopenic purpura,were confirmed diagnostically by means of clinical and laboratory examinations. The patients,12 males and 19 females were about 16 to 64 years of age.Before and after the treatment,the smear of bone marrow was prepared under identical conditions.Before the therapy,in the treatment group, excessive small-size megakaryocytes,degenerate megakaryocytes,and granular megakaryocytes were more and platelet-producing megakaryocytes were less than those of the control group.Every type of megakarocytes returned to normal after treatment.The excessive small-size megakaryocytes had no influence on the production of platelets.The curing effects of the Chinese medicines possessing the function of activating the blood ciroulation to eliminate blood stasis are recognized.The course of treatment is to be restricted to 3 months. The therapeutic mechanism might be accounted for by the fact that the Chinese medicines concerned have depressed the formation of immunological antibody,eliminated the immunopathologic injury of megakaryocytes and platelets,and promoted the synthesis of megakaryocytic DNA and protein,as well as the reproduction,differentiation,maturity of megakaryocytes and the release of platelets.更多还原
