【摘要】 本文描述了一种利用声笔数字化器和微型计算机建立的超声心动图计算机分析系统。声笔数字化器把心动图上有关点的座标送入计算机,这样,根据相应的算法便可实现距离、斜率和不规则图形的面积等参数的测量。目前该系统的测量项目有60个。不仅可满足临床心动图的一般需要,也可用于心脏功能的深入性研究工作。由于“菜单”的使用,使系统具有操作简单、项目的修改和增添都易于实现等优点。本文讨论了系统的硬件组成和软件设计,并给出了临床应用的初步结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes a computer analysis system for ultrasonic echocardiogram composed of a sonic pen digitizer and a microcomputer.Relevant points of echocardiogram are entered into computer,which calculates the distance,slope,and the area enclosed by irregular contour with corresponding algorithm.Sixty different items can be evaluated that satisfy the need for both routine clinical work and special research oriented cardiac studies.Owing to the use of “menu”,the system is easy to operate and ready for alternation(i.e.addition or revision of items).The hardware construction and software design of this system are discussed and some initial clinical results are presented.更多还原
