【Abstract】 The synthesis of DL-[16N] proline (Ⅶ) from 15NH4Cl is described. Pot- assium[15N] phthalimide (Ⅲ) was produced from potassium hydroxide and [15N] phthalimide (f22) which was prepared by reacting phthalic aci d with [15N] ammonia generated from 15NH4C1. Condensation of (Ⅲ) with ethyl bromoalonate, followed by treatment with sodium, gave ethyl [15N] phthalimi-dosodium malonate (Ⅴ), which was finally converted to DL[15N] proline (Ⅶ) with l, 3-dibromopropane and sodium hydroxide. The chemical purity, 15N fractional isotopic abundance and over all yield of the labelled proline were better than 99%, 96% and 34.2% respectively.更多还原
