产黄青霉绿色孢子菌种D.F.-22的选育及其特性考察

【摘要】 由四川抗菌素工业研究所的80-3-211菌株经七代选育获得了D.F.-22菌株。考察该菌株的特性,同时将该菌株在生产罐上进行了试验,结果表明D.F.-22菌株的青霉素产量比现生产菌株79-6-55高15％左右。

【Abstract】 Penicillium chrysogenum D.F. -22 Was obtained through seven generations of treatment from strain 80-3-211 selected by the Sichuan Industrial Institute of Antibiotics. The characteristics of this strain have beeninvestigated and the results tested in the penicillin production indicated that the penicillin yields of strain D.F.-22 is 15% higher than that of previous strain 79-6-55.
