阶跃信号的处理方法及其在测定滑动轴承动态特性系数中的应用
A Method of Calculating the Fast-fourier Transform of Step-like Waveforms and its Application in testing the Dynamic Characteristics of Journal Bearings
【摘要】 阶跃信号是个实变的信号,又由于在信号处理中总是取有限个点数,即总是要截断的,这使对阶跃信号的处理就比较困难。本文提出了一种对阶跃信号直接进行谱分析的切实可行的信号处理方法,并把这种处理方法应用来测定滑动轴承的刚度及阻尼系数。这样不需要专门的激振设备,用阶跃力作为激振力,用信号处理得到系统的传递函数,进而计算出滑动轴承的动态特性系数。由于用阶跃力激振,激振设备十分简单,适用性强,并且具有一定的精确度,因此有较好的实用价值。
【Abstract】 Since step function is a rapidly varying function and in real time signalanalysis with minicomputers the calculations of its FFT are often limited tousing a small numbers of calculating points namenly to be truncated,it is relati-vely difficult to get a correct ansewer.This paper proposes a feasible approachto directly analyse its spectrum and introduces its application to measure thestiffness and damping coefficients of journal bearings.The method of such appli-cations is to use a step force as an exciting force which will be imposed upon thetested bearings.By using direct spectrum analysis method mentioned above thetransfer functions of the bearing systems and eventually the dynamic coefficientsof the journal bearings can be derived.The advantages of such method are:thespecified exciting equipment is not necessary,thereforeit is not expansive.Besi-des,this method can be widely used in testing bearing dynamic coefficients andcomparatively precise results can be obtained.So it is regarded as a fairly valua-ble method.
