【摘要】 报道一例经手术、病理证实的输尿管上段乳头状癌并予讨论。本病常见症状为全程无痛性肉眼血尿;X线诊断有很大帮助,多表现为输尿管腔内固定的杯口状充盈缺损及局限性膨大,肿物近端阻塞扩大,远端亦有一定范围的扩大,早期常表现为病变段的不显影,无梗阻征象。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of papilocarcinoma of the left upper urerer, which had been operated on aud confirmed pathologically, was reported and discussed. The main clinical symptom of the disease is painless, whole course, grass hematuria. X-ray contrast studies are of great help in diagnosis. Fixed, intraluminal filling defect with local expassion of the ureter, proximal dilatation of the ureur and cupping of contrast around the upper margin of the lesion, and also a certain degree of uretral dilatation just below it are the main radiographic findings. The early sign is nonvisualization of the diseased segment and no obstruction.更多还原
