【摘要】 本文运用刮刀钻头的运动学和破岩机理,导出了钻速的理论方程。在实验室里,以地面钻井条件做了钻速试验。实验数据的回归分析表明,实验结果与理论分析是基本一致的。为确定合理的钻压值,对岩石的抗钻进强度也作了初步的分析和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 A laboratory study of the drag bit drilling rate Was carried out on a medium size test rig.The theoretical drilling rate equatiea of the drag bit has been derived based on drag bit kinematics and rock fracture mechanism. The experimental results of drilling rate in laboratory under surface drilling conditions are presented. It is shown that the regression equation of experimental data agrees well with the theoretical equation. A preliminary analysis of the rock strength has been made to determine the rational bit weight.更多还原
