【摘要】 本文报道口服1％硫酸锌糖浆治疗复发性口腔溃疡57例,有效率为80.70％。并检测了治疗前后血浆锌、头发锌、几项免疫指标及碱性磷酸酶活性变化。治疗前血浆锌的含量普遍低于正常,而治疗后血浆锌含量明显增高,能反映出治疗前后的变化。所以,认为血浆锌的含量变化可做为诊治复发性口腔溃疡的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,57 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer treated with 1% syrup of zinc sulfate mouth were reported,the rate of effectiveness was 80.7%. Changes of serum zinc,hair zinc,immune components and alkaline phospholipidase activities before and after treatment were examined. The serum zinc levels before treatment were lower than normal, but after treatment,they increasec obviously,therefore,the changes of serum zinc may be considered as the bases of recurrent aphthous ulcer therapy.更多还原
