【摘要】 为探讨降低胃癌发病率的措施,用出生8天的大白鼠,以灌胃途径每鼠每天给予MNNG 150μg,连给3天。至断奶时将每窝幼鼠都按性别及体重随机分为3组,各喂1种用常用食品搭配的饲料,至给MNNG后的第300天,断颈处死,做病理学检验。结果发现胃的癌前组织改变的程度与体重的增长无关,而与免疫力的高低呈反比;饮食成分可影响胃癌的发展,通过合理组织饮食对胃癌的发展有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was undertaken to investigate the effects of diet on induced gastric tumor of rats geven the same amount of MNNG into stomach by Cat- heter during the newborn period.150ug MNNG in o.lml of distilled water at one dose was introduced into stomach for three times consecutively on the 8th,gth and 10th day after birth.After intubation the newborn rats were fed by their mother divided at random until weaning stage.Then, these rats were into three groups by their weight and size and fed by three different kinds of diet.The rats were killed 300 days after the first intubation. The stomach were examined grossly and histologically for tumor. The results of this experiment showed that the development of gastrie tumor can be influenced by diet.更多还原
