JL6A型激光器工作气体的检测与催化净化
Determination and catalytic purification of working gases for JL6A CO2 laser
【摘要】 对JL6A型千瓦级横流连续CO2激光器工作气体进行了连续检测,考察了Pd-Ni/γ-A12O3和稀土钙钛矿型催化剂对气体净化的效果。当空速为15000小时-1,温度为260℃时,稀土钙钛矿型催化剂对CO的转化率为85.1%,对NOx的转化率为63.1%。
【Abstract】 The amount of CO and NO, formed during the electric discharge of the JL6A type CW high power transverse flow CO2 laser have been determined. The catalysts Pd-Ni/r-Al2O3 and the rare earth perovskite-type compounds (ABO3) are used for the elimination of both CO and NOa. For the ABO3 catalysts, conversion rate of CO is 85.1% and NO , 63.1% when the gas space velocity is 15,000 h-1 and the temperature is 260℃.
