【Abstract】 Clinical and pathological analysis were taken in 152 patients with malig-nant ovarian tumor.This accounted for 16.5% of all the ovarian tumors(911)treated from 1968 to 1981.The main menifestations of the 152 patients wereabdominal pain,abdominal distension,and a mass in the lower abdomen.According to the FIGO staging,152 cases can be divided into four stages.Most of the patients were treated with surgery plus chemotherapy.All thepathological sections from the 152 patients were reexamined and classifiedaccording to the criterion of WHO classification.Original diagnoses wererevised in a few patients.In the present data,the incidence of epithelialovarian tumors ranked first,germ cell tumors and metastatic tumors second-ly,and there were only a small number of functional tumors.更多还原
