【Abstract】 The antiarrhythmic effect of the Berbamine,an alkaloid isolated from theplants of the Berberidaceae and Berberis L.,were studied.It was found thatBerbamine is able to prevent the onset of initial arrhythmia and of ventricu-lar tachycardia induced by Aconitine in rats.The Berbamine markedly countera-cts the onset of ventricular extrasystoles and ventricular tachycardia induced byOuabain and prolongs the surviving time in guinea pig.The Berbamine elev-ats the voltage of the fibrillogenic threshold in rabbits.Berbamine shortensthe lasting time of auricular fibrillation produced by CaCl₂-Ach in mice.更多还原
