【摘要】 <正> 用间接免疫荧光法检查SLE 患者血清中的抗核抗体(ANA),对临床诊断有重要意义。此法敏感性较高,国内外文献报告阳性率为85%～100%。国外已广泛应用免疫荧光法对某些疾病进行诊断,这已成常规手段。国内关于ANA 的荧光检查也有一些报导。本法检查SLE 患者血清中ANA比LE 细胞试验敏感。LE 细胞试验阳性率较低,并且受许多因素的影响,结果常不一致。国外用DNA 或ENA 等作抗原,分别用抗γ(IgG)、抗μ(IgM)、抗α(IgA)等荧抗,作间接免疫荧光法,结合荧光类型的研究也较多。更多还原

【Abstract】 The anti-nuclear antibodies(ANA)in serum of patients with SLE andother diseases have been detected using an indirect immunofluorescence method.Results showed that the ANA in serum of 131 from 154 patients with SLE arepositive(85.1%),while the ANA in serum from healthy donors(100 cases)are negative.In serum of prtients with other diseases ANA positive ratio isvarious and much lower than with SLE.In addition to this has been compared theANA with the LE-cell test and the LE-cell test is insensitive.The antigenicity offreezing sections of the rat liver with that of cock RBC have been compared,moreover the relationship between ANA titer and state of diseases has beenevaluated.The sensitivity of freezing sections of the rat liver and of cock RBCalmost is similarly significant.The prednisone etc.can somewhat decrease titerof ANA.更多还原
