【Abstract】 Based upon the data observed during October and November in 1975,some environmental factors that affect the artificial breeding of Sinonovacula constricts Lamarck are analyzed as follows:1.The adaptable specific weight for larvae is about 1.000 to 1.020 and 1.006 to 1.025 for adult.When it ranges from 1.006-1.008,the larvae grow well. 2.The adaptable pH values for larvae are within 6.70-8.75,preferably 8.15.3.The larvae bred in outdoor pools grow quicker than that in the nearby sea,because of slightly higher temperature,calmer water and more abundant phytoplankton in the pools.4.Sinonovacula constricta Lamarck shows strong tolerance to the oxygen-poor water conditions,but spawning is inhibited by dissolved oxygen deficit.5.Habitat changes make weaken animal’s adaptability.更多还原
