【Abstract】 100 cases of pleural effusion of aged patients were analysed. Tuberculous pleurisy(37%) was the most common cause in this series, then neoplasm(20%), nonspecific inflammatory disease(17%) and heart failure(16%). About half of bloody pleurisy was caused by other diseases rather than neoplasms.更多还原
