锌精矿加压氧化酸浸工艺研究
Studies of the Technological Processes of Acid Pressure Leaching of Zinc Concentrate
【摘要】 以含锌52.5%、铁6.02%的锌精矿为原料,提取锌及元素硫,进行了一段及两段逆流加压浸取工艺的研究,考察了试料粒度、木质素磺酸盐加入量、温度、固体浓度、搅拌、氧分压及精矿中铁含量等因素对浸取的影响。一段浸取时,锌精矿加入量为190~170g/l,硫回收率为90~95%,锌回收率大于97%,所得浸取液中含12~26g/lH2SO4及1.5~6.0g/lFe;两段逆流浸取时,则硫为90%,锌大于98%,所得浸取液 pH>5,铁含量小于0.02g/l。另外,对硫磺的浮选回收、中和除铁、溶液净化及电积以及稀散和有价金属走向等方面进行了初步考察。基于实验结果,拟定了年产十万吨的加压酸浸一段浸取工艺流程和两段逆流浸取全湿法流程,进行了物料及热量衡算,提出了单耗指标。
【Abstract】 Studies on the technological processes of acid pressure leaching of zinc concentrate,the grade of which is 52.6% Zn and 6.02% Fe,have been carried out by single-and two-stage countercurrent leach for the recovery of zinc and elemental sulfur.Various factors which influence the leaching have been evaluated such as sample particle size,amounts of lignin sulfonate,temperature,percent solids,agitation,oxygen partial pressure and percent iron present in the concentrate.In the single-stage leach,90-95% SO and more than 97% Zn can be extracted with a yielded pregnant liquor containing 12-26% H2SO4 and 1.5-6.6g/l Fe,the feed rate of ZnS concentrate being 190-170g/1.In the two-stage eountercu- rrent leach,90% S0 and more than 98% Zn present in the concentrate can be recovered with a yielded pregnant liquor of pH>5 and Fe<0.02g/l. Preliminary investigations have also been made on the floatation of elemental sulfur,neutralization,purification,electrolysis and the beha- viour of rare metals and other valuable metals in hydrometallurgical opera- tion.Taking into account the experimental data,a hydrometallurgical pro cess flowsheet of pressure leaching of ZnS concentrate has been proposed for the production of 10,000 T Zn per year by single-stage leach and two-stage countercurrent leach.Material and thermal balances have been carried out and some technological and economical data given respectively.
