三种针叶树种子生活率与贮藏条件关系的试验初报

【摘要】 <正> 林木种子在采集后至播种前,一般都要经过一段时问的贮藏。贮藏期间的长短及贮藏环境条件对种子衰老速度有着不同的影响,具体表现在种子寿命。为研究不同贮藏条件对兴安落叶松、长白落叶松及樟子松种子寿命的影响,做了一些试验工作。

【Abstract】 The seeds of three conifer species-——Larix gmelinii, Larixolgensis ahd pinus sylvestris var. mangolica——are stored in different conditi-ons of relative humidity and temperature. Whenever R. H. increases 10%,the balance water content increases 1—2% of the three species seeds. When R. H. is over 80%, the increasing range becomes larger. Generally the balance water content of pine is lower than that of larch. It is a principal reason that the temperature influence is greater than relative humidity. If the temperature is 40℃ and the moisture is 90%, the seeds viability is only 6—12 days, but if the low temperature is0℃ and the high moisture is 90%, the seed viability can extent one year or more.The three storage ways for seeds ares storage in bag at low temp- erature in refrigerator; storage in the refrigerator on the ground line at natural temperature and air-tight storage in refrigerator The via- bility of the seeds stored in these three ways is approximately same and is not lower than 13% about one year.
