【摘要】 本文总结了3年来101例原发闭经的细胞遗传学研究,46,XX共60例,占59.4％;46,XY 13例,占12.9％;45,X及其他28例,占27.7％。异常核型共41例,占40.6％。对各种染色体核型的临床诊断做了讨论。强调了有Y者均应做预防性切除发育不良的性腺,以防恶变。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a cytogenetic study on 101 cases of primary amenorrhea, 60 cases(59.4%) were 46,XX; 13 (12.9%) were 46,XY; 28 cases (27.7%). were 45,X and its mosaicisms. 41 cases (40.6%) were found with abnormal karyotype.A discussion of the clinic diagnosis of each kind of karyotype was carried out. It is emphasized that the aplastic g9nad should be removed on patient with Y chromosome.更多还原
