真空蒸发CuInSe2薄膜的结构和电学性质

【摘要】 本文叙述了采用单源和双源真空蒸发法制备CuInSe2薄膜。研究了CuInSe2膜的结构和电学性质与基板温度的关系。给出了各种气氛处理对膜电学性质的影响。并且制成了P-CuInSe2/n-CdS太阳电池。

【Abstract】 The preparation of CuInSe2 thin films using single and double source vacuum evaporation is presented. The dependence of the structure and the electrical properties of CuInSe2 films on the substrate temperature is studied.The effect of various atmosphere treatment on electrical properties of the films is given. p-CuInSe2/n-CdS solar cell has been made.
