【Abstract】 Experimentations were carried out on anesthetized rats for observing the effect of icy administrtion of various agents on the presser response resulting from electroaupuncture stimulation on "RENZHONG" point. ICV administration of 5-HT(5-20μg) increased the basal blood pressure slightly, but injction of either DA(50-100μg) or naloxone (10μg) decreased the blood pressure a little bit. The pressor response of EA was lowered down to 63-55% of the control value after icy injection of anyone of these three agents.更多还原
