【Abstract】 An Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay was used to detect the level of IgG formation in rabbits induced by hemologeous antitumor immune RNA. Being compared with other methods to test the humoral activity induced by immune RNA, the advantage of ELLSA is high sensitive, simple and easy, it can be used to test the level of IgG induced directly.by immune RNAIt was shown that immune RNA from the Spleen and liver of a rabbit immunized with Hela cells can transfer the ability of antibody formation to a normal rabbit recipient.Our results show also that when rabbits were administrated continuously by injection of immune RNA into peritoneal cavity (2mg/day, 3days) , they may be induced to product specific IgG antibody in sera, but the titre of IgG is not higher. However, one time adminitration of iRNA, though the total amount is the same, can not lead to the production of specific IgG antibody.更多还原
