膳食蛋白质水平对硒利用的影响 Ⅱ、膳食蛋白质水平影响实验动物血和组织中硒含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力原因的探讨

【摘要】 <正> 硒是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的必需组成部分。动物实验证明血和组织中GSH-Px活力与摄入硒量有密切关系。因此,测定血和组织中GSH-Px活力可作为评定机体中硒营养状况的一个指标。作者等在前报告中报导了大鼠饲料硒含量在0.03ppm时,动物血和组织中硒含量和GSH-Px活力随蛋白质水平上升而下降。由于血和组织中GSH-Px活力对评定硒营养状况的重要意义,本文将进一步探讨产生这一现象的原因。

【Abstract】 Low selenium content (0.03ppm) diets of different protein levels were fed to the weanling rats for a period of 13 weeks. The range of dietary protein levels was from 5.6 to 14.2%. Dietary Se levels of halves of the animals of group Ⅰ (low dietary protein level) and Ⅲ (high dietary protein level) were ehangcd from 0.03 ppm to 0.30 ppm at the tenth week and a three-day metabolic study was started at the twelfth week during the feeding; term.Result obtained from the previous experiment was reproduced. Evide-nces were also presented to demonstrate that the homeostasis of skeleton muscle, the competition between Se-melhionine and methionine in food protein, and any change in the retention of selenium as suggested are not responsible for the decrease of Se concentration of blood and tissues by the high levels of dietary protein in low Se-content diet. High dietary protein level will actually accelerate the synthesis of body protein and thus the growth of tissues and organs. Heavier weights of the animals would further decrease the limited amount of Se ingested, which could be distributed to the blood and tissues. Experimental data show a highly significant negative correlation between body weights and Se concentrations of tissues, but a positive correlation if total Se amount of a whole organ is used instead of the concentration.
