低乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶的合成和表征
SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF POLYBUTADIENE RUBBER WITH LOW VINYL STRUCTURE CONTENT
【摘要】 以钴催化体系为催化剂,用两步聚合法合成了1,2-链节含量范围在7—16%的低乙烯基聚了二烯橡胶。对聚合产物的表征结果表明,聚合物中存在着间同1,2-聚丁二烯的微晶,这些微晶起晶种的作用,能促进产物在低温下的结晶;当胶中1,2-链节含量小于10%时,不溶于CS2的级分较少,加入1,2-聚合催化剂后主要生成顺1,4-间同1,2-丁二烯嵌段共聚物;当1,2-链节含量高于10%时,CS2不溶物量较多,这时除上述嵌段物外尚可能生成少量间同1,2-聚了二烯均聚物。
【Abstract】 Cis--1,4--polybutadiene rubber with vinyl content ranging from 7 to16% in a form of syndiotactic--1,2--polybutadiene blocks was synthesizedwith cobalt catalyst systems through two--stage polymerization. The po-lymer obtained has been characterized by their solubility behavior, infra-red spectrum, X--ray diffraction patterns, incipient crystallization tempera-ture and half crystallization time.
