按半角转动法进行四连杆机构综合的点位原理

【摘要】 本文指出传统的按连杆位置综合问題(几何法或解析法)实质是按连杆点一位综合的问题因而使连杆位置综合和轨迹综合简化合并为同一个综合问题.按点一位原理,认为连杆的位置综合问題,理论上最多不是五个位置而是九个,并指出大于连杆五位置或轨迹上五点的几何综合途径.文中通过连杆四点一位综合,提出了一种描绘中心曲线和圆点曲线的机构,通过该机构,将能形象地分析中心、圆点曲线的性质.

【Abstract】 This paper pointed out that the commonly used analytical or graphical method of synthesis for given coupler positions is essencially the synthesis for given coupler point-positions. Therefore the synthesis for coupler positions and coupler curve can be simplified into the same problem of synthesis. According to the point-position principle the author proposes that theoretically the a rgest possible number of coupler positions passable thru synthesis should be nine instead of five. The author also presents the geometric way of snythesis for more than five given coupler positions or five given points on the coupler curve.A mechanism for tracing the centre curve and the circle-point curve (Burmester curve) by the method of four point-position synthesis is also presented in this paper.
