影响细胞壁合成的抗生素引起金黄色葡萄球菌超微结构的改变

【摘要】 青霉素G、邻氯青霉素、氨苄青霉素、头孢硫脒、头孢噻吩、磷霉素和万古霉素作用于敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)后可使细菌的分裂相减少和菌体形态改变。多种的形态变化仅见于具有中隔细胞壁的生长繁殖期细菌,无中隔细胞壁细菌则未见明显变化。在低浓度抗生素中,中隔细胞壁变厚、不规则和变形,有的呈念珠状或圆滴状。高浓度时嗜锇颗粒失去正常轮廓,数量减少,细胞质及核区结构模糊,并出现染色浅淡区。磷霉素尚可引起菌体明显增大,外周细胞壁变薄或缺失,甚至细胞的破裂。

【Abstract】 This article reports the morphological changes of Staphylococcus aureus after the action of penicillin G, cloxacillin, ampicillin, cephalothin, oefathiamidine, fosfomy-cin or vancomycin under electron microscopic observation. The antibiotics mentioned above are all bacteria cell wall inhibitors, but the target and the character of their antibacterial action are different.These antibiotics have pronounced effect on the bacteria which have cross wall (growing cells), but exert less effect on the resting cells. After contact with different concentrations of each of these antibiotics, mitosis of the test bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus,decreases markedly and morphological changes begin to appear. At low concentration of these antibiotics, the cross wall of the bacteria become distorted, greatly thickened and irregular, and some of the cross wall turn into moniliform or globular in appearance. At higher concentrations, the osmiumphilic granules lose their normal contour. The structures of cytoplasm and nuclear areas are blurred, and there are some light stained spots in these areas. Some bacterial cells enlarge considerably with a tendency to rupture after the action of fosfomycin.
