【Abstract】 This article presents an analysis of 198cases of intra-cranial meningioma admitted toour hospital from Jan 1960 to April 1983. Someproblems in respect to diagnosis and treatmentare discussed. The total resectability in thisgroup is fairly good, 87% for tumors on the vaultand 61% for those on the base of brain. Thetotal operative mortality is 5. 6%, which is com-paratively lower than that so far reported inChinese literature.更多还原
