热氧化聚乙烯作复铜钢压力冷加工润滑剂的研究

【摘要】 作者考察了在聚乙烯热氧化反应中,不同反应时间、温度和催化剂用量对氧化产物的最大无卡咬负荷值P_B的影响。对氧化产物进行了红外光谱分析,查明了在产物中含有极性基团,在一定范围内P_B值随极性基团的增多而增大。 作者采用热氧化聚乙烯作复铜钢管件的引伸加工和复铜钢板的冷轧加工润滑剂。前者引伸了30万件以上产品,后者轧制了26吨产品的扩大试验,均取得了比较满意的结果。

【Abstract】 The authors have investigated the effect of reaction time, the temperature and the amount of catalyst on the seizure load PB of the product of the hot oxidation of polyethylene. The infrared spectrum study of the product indicats that it contains some polar groups, and the PB value increases with the increase in the number of the polar groups in some range. The hot oxidation polyethylene has been used as a lubricant in drawing and cold rolling process of the copper coating steel. Satisfactory results have been obtained in application experiments of drawing over 300 thousands of parts and rolling the steel of 26 tones.
