钢的气体硫氮共渗层抗粘着磨损性能的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了钢的中温气体硫氮共渗层抗粘着和抗咬死性能,并和低温电解渗硫层抗咬死性能进行对比,分析了滑动轴承浮动轴套在滑动条件下咬合及因咬合严重拉伤的原因。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the adhesive wear resistance and anti-seizure behaviour of sulfo-nitriding layers of steels and a comparison with that of low temperature electrolytic sulfuri-zing layers.The causes of scoring due to seizure of floating sleeves in sliding bearing werealso discussed.
