低碳马氏体型超高强度钢的组织结构与综合机械性能

【摘要】 本文为了发挥低碳马氏体这一组织状态的优越性,结合我国资源特点,在少用Ni和不用Co的条件下,研制成功了强韧配合与马氏体时效钢和HP-9Ni-4Co-20C钢相当的新型低碳马氏体型超高强度钢(25Si2Mn2CrNiMoVA)。文中系统地讨论了新钢种的组织结构对钢的强度、塑性、韧性(包括断裂韧性和夏比冲击韧性)、脆性转化温度、弯曲疲劳强度和疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响。

【Abstract】 In order to develop the superiority of the structural characteristic of low-carbon martensite, a new type low-carbon martensitic ultra-high strength steel 25Si2Mn2CrNiMoVA have been designed successfully, in which the same combination of strength and toughness as those of the 18%Ni maraging and HP 9Ni-4Co-20C steels was obtained.In this paper, the microstructure and all-round mechanical properties of the experimental steel are summarized.The effects of various microstructural parameters on the tensile strength, ductility, toughness (including fracture toughness and charpy V-notch impact toughness) transition temperature, fatigue strength and the crack propagation rate during fatigue are discussed.
