【Abstract】 A China-made ammonia selective electrode was used for the determination ofserum protein by means of the sample-added method.We have investigated theaccuracy of this method.The results of this method and that of Kjeldahl nitrogonanalysis were compared,Statistical analysis showed that there was no significantdifference between these two methods(P>0.05).The replication was good(C.
