【Abstract】 Tetrabutyl tin-loaded liquid scintillater has been used for gamma counting of 125iodine with a scintillation counter instead of the use of traditional gamma counter. The results of liquid scintillation counting measurements were closely agreed with those obtained by gamma counting method in the radioimmunoassays of some samples including PRA, Angiotension Ⅱ, enkphrine and bradikinin. The results show that this method may extend the liquid scintillation, to gamma counting.更多还原
