永磁镜场边引出PIG离子源

【摘要】 本文介绍永磁镜场边引出PIG离子源的结构、磁场设计和实验结果。用H2、BF3、N2或Ar作放电气体,在弧功率50~150W情况下,引出总束流大于1.0mA。其中H1+和B11+的比例分别达到90%和50%;得到的最高电荷态离子有B113+,N5+,Ar6+

【Abstract】 This paper describes a newly designed side extraction PIG ion source which possesses magnetic mirror field produced by a permanent magnet. The advantages of the source are: uncomplicated structure, light and handy, and low power dissipation. It also has the characters of larger densities of extracted beams and higher proportions of atomic and multiple charged ions. Under the condition of 50-150W arc power, 1,0 mA extracted beams were obtained for H, BF, and Ar, in which the proportions of H, N and B are 90%, 70%, 50% respectively. B, N, Ar are also observed.
