液体闪烁测量的化学发光现象
CHEMILUMrNESCENCE PHENOMENON IN LIQUID SCINTILLATION COUNTING
【摘要】 测定了化学发光衰变曲线和脉冲高度谱,观察了酸化样品对消除化学发光的效果,由化学发光符合和非符合计数率计算了仪器的符合分辨时间,讨论了化学发光产生和监测的条件。
【Abstract】 The decay curves and pulse height spectrum of chemiluminescence have been measured.The effectiveness of acidification for eliminating chemilumigh nescence was observed. The coincident resolving time was calculated throu-coincident and non-coincident counting rates of chemiluminescence. The cross-talk coincident rate must be deducted from the total coincident counting rate, otherwise counting resolving time would increase with this chemiluminescence decay. Finally, the conditions for chemiluminescence reaction and its monitoring are discussed.
