【摘要】 <正> 胰蛋白酶抑制剂的生理作用,除保护生物体的一些组织不被胰蛋白酶水解外,对生物的受精¹、胚胎的发育²、血液的凝固及抗凝固³都有密切的关系。近年来已发表了胰蛋白酶抑制剂对多种疾病的影响⁴及其在动物实验和临床治疗研究方面的综合报导⁵。胰蛋白酶抑制剂作为药物应用有着广阔的前景。目前,对来源于动物的胰蛋白酶抑制剂的研究比植物的多且详细,但其含量极微。植物来源的胰蛋白酶抑制剂的研究也多限于豆科植物的种子。中国医药学是一个伟大的宝库,中草药的种类繁多、来源丰富。本研究的目的是从中草药筛选和提取胰蛋白酶抑制剂,研究其理化性质及生理活性,从而说明其药理作用。本文报导了从五十种药用植物筛选出入种含有胰蛋白酶抑制剂的物质,为今后的进一步研究打下基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 A simple and rapid method was used to test the trypsin inhibitor from 50 kinds of Chinese traditional herbs. The crude trypsin inhibitors were extracted in dilute sulfuric acid, precipitated by ammonium sulfate and dialyzed against deionized water. The activity of the inhibitors was detected in agar plate.A good source of trypsin inhibitors was found in "Bu-gu-zhi " ( the seed of Psoralea corylifolia L.), black cowpea ( the seed of Vigna sinensis L. Savi ),bitter gourd ( Momordica charantia L.), Towel gourd (Luffa cylindrica L. Roem), "Lu-sindou" ( the seed of Glycine so/a Sieb et Zucc ) , "Tian-hua-fen" (the root of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxium),The fruit of Chinese wolfberry (Lycium chinense Mill)and the flower bud of Chinese scholar tree (Sophora japonica L. ).更多还原
